Scissor Solutions provides fast efficient shipping. All orders within the UK are sent by First class Royal Mail recorded delivery and are usually processed and delivered within 3 working days. Orders from outside the UK are sent via recorded delivery air mail and are subject to the particular postal conditions of the country concerned. Items delivered to countries outside the EU may be liable for import duty. If this is the case, Scissor Solutions cannot be held responsible for these taxes. If upon receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available, Scissor Solutions will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of waiting for goods to arrive in stock, selecting an alternative or cancelling your order. Payment will not be taken until the goods are dispatched. For all orders, postage is free. If however you wish to return your scissors, through no fault of Scissor Solutions, you will be liable for all shipping charges. Any returns of un-used and re-saleable scissors must be made within 3 days of delivery. Scissors which have been used or tampered with will not be refundable.

All items from Scissor Solutions can be purchased using most major credit/debit cards. As soon as payment is made, goods will be delivered. As previously stated, all information is strictly confidential and secure. For orders within the UK, payment may be made by cheque or postal order, but cheques must be cleared before goods are dispatched.
